Call for Nominations for the Disputes Committee Reminder

As we are preparing our 2020 AGM, we would like to invite you to nominate a candidate to serve on the Scheme’s Disputes Committee.  

What is a Disputes Committee?

The Disputes Committee comprises of three member elected members. In the rare case of a dispute between a member and the Scheme, the Disputes Committee would meet to resolve the issue.

How is the Disputes Committee constituted?

Members of the Scheme elect their Disputes Committee every year at the AGM.

Candidates can be members of AMS, who shall not be members of the Board or of a regional committee, employees of the administrator of the Scheme or officers of the Scheme.
