Your address or contact details
The Scheme Rules state that a member must notify the Scheme within thirty days of any changes of address. If the Scheme cannot reach you due to incorrect address or contact details, the Scheme is not responsible for the consequences thereof. Please always keep us up to date with your, and your dependants, contact details including addresses, email addresses, and cell phone numbers. We try and help you to keep your details up to date by asking you to confirm them when you call the Call Centre.
We might, in some cases, need to send you an SMS to confirm your cell phone number if we are not sure if we still have the right number for you. Please respond as requested so we know this cell phone number still belongs to an active member on AMS. The reply is free of charge to you, but if you still prefer to call the Call Centre to confirm your cell phone number you are welcome to do so.
