It is important for us to know about your experience and satisfaction with the Scheme, so we can improve our service and offering to you. We, therefore, invite you from time to time to participate in a survey. Depending on which plan you are on, or which services you use, this could be a survey about a disease management programme, providers you have used or administrative processes. In many cases, this will be an email with a link to an online survey, so you can attend to it in your own time. In other cases, we will call you to talk to you at a convenient time. We value your time and will always keep our survey as short as possible.
