Thinking of changing your plan for 2027?
Your healthcare needs and personal circumstances may change over time. The end of the year gives you an opportunity to review your current AMS plan and decide whether it will still provide the right level of cover for you and your family in 2027.
If you are considering a change, take time to understand the differences between the plans, including their benefits, limits, provider networks and costs. Your choice will take effect on 1 January 2027 and apply to both the member and all registered dependants for the full calendar year.
Filling out your plan-change form
The 2027 plan-change form is available on the AMS website. While the final deadline for 2027 plan-change requests is Friday, 11 December 2026, we recommend that you submit your form as early as possible.
