Pensioner year-end presentations: Join us this November

At AMS, we believe that providing medical cover is just the beginning. What truly sets us apart is our sense of community. That's why our year-end presentations for pensioner members are such an important part of our calendar. These sessions are dedicated to you, our pensioner community, and are designed to keep you informed, connected and supported.

Why attend?

• Hear about your new benefits: Get first-hand insight into your benefits and contributions for 2026.
• Meet your Client Liaison Officer (CLO): Put a face to the name, connect directly with the person who supports you throughout the year and ask questions.
• Be part of the AMS community: These sessions are a chance to meet fellow pensioner members, share experiences and strengthen the sense of belonging that makes AMS unique.
• Ask your questions: This is your opportunity to raise any general queries about the Scheme and get answers directly from AMS.

How to join

If you're able, we warmly encourage you to attend a physical meeting in your region. It's the best way to connect with your CLO and fellow AMS members in person. If you can't make it to a venue, we'll also be hosting virtual presentations so that you can join from the comfort of your home.

Virtual pensioner presentations

All pensioner members are welcome to attend any of the virtual meetings, regardless of where you live. If you RSVP, we'll send you the access details two days before the virtual sessions.

First time joining online? No problem - you can use your browser on your computer, tablet or phone without needing to download any apps.

Physical pensioner presentations

Below are our suggested meeting venues, depending on member interest and the number of RSVPs received. If you'd like a meeting in your area, let us know and if there's enough interest, we'll gladly add more dates and venues.
