Claims statement distribution
We recently experienced system problems with our claims statement publication, which was addressed by our Administrator. You can now expect your statements once a month at month-end only. You will, however, continue receiving your daily claims notification as proof of any transaction and indication of what will be paid. Statements on the website will not be available until further notice.
