2014 Benefit Guide...
Yes, your Benefit Guide will look different, but it's not because of our new administrator. As announced at the AGM, we have redesigned the Benefit Guide to fit our new logo and identity. At the same time, it will be easier to understand - just as you requested. We cleaned up complicated terms and language and provided better navigation through the Guide. But again, your Scheme won't change - it's just a new look!
New membership card
In the middle of November, our new administrator will send your welcome pack, including your certificate of membership and new membership card, by registered mail. Your card, with your new membership number, will be valid with effect from 1 January 2014. You will also receive an SMS with your new membership number once we have posted the card. Should you have not received it by the middle of December, please contact the Call Centre on 0860 222 633.
